How do I delete my account?
Send an email to hello@locus.fyi from the email address associated with the account. The account and associated personal information will be removed within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
How do I report a user, business, or event?
Use the report function inside the app for the fastest response. For urgent safety concerns or situations requiring immediate attention, email hello@locus.fyi.
How do I become a Locus business partner?
Locus is onboarding founding businesses in New York City. If you own a local business, run a community space, or organize events that would be valuable to share with Gen Z audiences, email hello@locus.fyi with the business name and a brief description.
How do I join the waitlist?
Visit locus.fyi and select "Early Access."
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure and processed by additional service providers including Stripe, Mapbox, Resend, Cohere, Anthropic, and OpenAI as described in the Privacy Policy. Data is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not shared with data brokers.
Something is broken. How do I report a bug?
Email hello@locus.fyi with a description of the issue, the device being used (iPhone model and iOS version if known), and a screenshot if available.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email hello@locus.fyi from the email address associated with the account and a portable copy of the data will be provided.
